A powerhouse afternoon of live music as The SuperMicks, a Kent-based rock band, take over The Oval Bandstand
1pm - 5pm (concert 2pm - 4pm)
This five-piece band has been making waves since their formation in 2020, delivering original, alternative rock tracks infused with bluesy undertones and a commercial edge. Drawing inspiration from legends like Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Kings of Leon, and The Rolling Stones, The SuperMicks craft music that’s raw, passionate, and utterly engaging. Known for their high-energy performances, the band has toured the UK, played iconic venues, and launched their debut EP Found Me to critical acclaim. Their tracks like HomeTown and We Don’t Need Work showcase their unique style and knack for creating music that sticks with you long after the final chord.
The popular summer season of concerts is back, and this year there are even more performances across a wider variety of genres at The Oval Bandstand & Lawns. The Oval's Summer Sundays concerts take place throughout the summer season (subject to weather conditions). Bandstand concerts are back for a glorious summer of entertainment!
All persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
A fully licensed bar and food is available (alcohol and food is not to be brought into venue, bag searches are in operation).
Fully accessible toilet facilities are available. All seating areas have step-free access.
There is no car parking at the venue, please use public transport, bicycles, or arrive on foot. There is very limited local car parking and charges may apply.
Well behaved dogs are welcome, but they MUST be kept on a lead at all times whilst in the bandstand auditorium.
