World Poetry Slam Champion Harry Baker brings his beloved podcast to life at ARK, Cliftonville's Cultural Space
7pm - 9.30pm
Since last season Harry has had a baby and is techinically on paternity leave but the one exception is his other baby which is this baby of a night at new home ARK Cliftonville with Special Guest Rob Auton.
Each week a different guest joins World Poetry Slam Champion Harry Baker to share something old, something new, Something Borrowed, and something blue. Sometimes poems, sometimes music, always a good time.
Alongside some chat and performance from Harry and special guest Rob Auton, there will be an open mic where all are welcome to perform a poem or song (either original or Something Borrowed (!)
Harry Baker’s TED Talks have been watched by millions of people and translated into over 20 different languages. He has two books published with Burning Eye and his newest collection, Wonderful, is out now, accompanied by a tour around the UK and Ireland.
Rob Auton is a truly unique and innovative voice in the world of comedy and performance art. With his distinctive style and thought-provoking material, Rob has carved out a niche for himself, captivating audiences with his whimsical yet profound observations on life, existence, and the human experience. Harry always goes to see him when he performs in Margate and is frankly thrilled to be in the position where he can invite him especially!
