All four artists in the exhibition have made painterly work in response to British seasides of the south-east, be it based on memory, recent lived experience or historic happenings.
From beauty pageants, to garish arcades and Turner sunsets over the sea, each artist explores aspects of the best and worst of the infamous British seaside experience.
