Popular series of events for young people, allowing them to explore art and creating work of their own
10 am - 12
Age 10+
This workshop series aims to inspire young people to understand and engage with Quench’s visual arts programme in a fun and accessible way.
Adults don't need to stay during the workshop but there will be space at the gallery to wait if they prefer. The workshop is run by two trained youth workers.
Light snacks will be provided but please please feel free to bring a packed lunch if needed.
This time the workshop will be exploring the work of Delaine Le Bas in her show Rags of Evidence and Catherine Chinatree in her work in Grow Room. Participants will learn a little about the artists and join in a practical activity making work inspired by what they have seen.
The session is free to attend, but please book a ticket if you wish to come along.
Places are very limited and go fast, so please do let the Gallery know if you can no longer attend, so the ticket can be passed on to somebody else.
Any questions about accessibility, please email quenchgallery@gmail.com
Free, but booking essential
