Celebrate community, rhythm, and connection this May Day with an unforgettable night of live music, movement, and unity at Faith In Strangers in Margate
8pm (food from 6pm)
Headlining the night is the incomparable Kadialy Kouyate & His Orchestra. A master of the kora and griot tradition, Kadialy brings poetic storytelling and hypnotic West African melodies to the stage. With his rich vocals, magnetic presence, and full orchestra, he promises a performance that moves heart, soul and body.
Also performing are three exceptional artists, each bringing their own deep musical heritage to the night — Falle Nioke, Solta Corpo, and Rich Rhythms — in both solo sets and a brand-new exclusive live collaboration, created especially for this event.
Falle Nioke’s voice transcends borders, blending the ancient and modern through instruments like balafon and bolong, while Solta Corpo weaves together Brazilian funk, Afro house, and global grooves with DJ flair and deep intention. Rich Rhythms brings the raw power of djembe and sabar drumming, with over two decades of West African percussion experience.
Together, creating an immersive sonic journey, blending tradition and innovation in a night of deep grooves, joyful dancing, and collective celebration.
Come dance, connect, and feel the sound. This is Music is Love.
Food and drink available from 6pm from the incredible new chef Jackson Berg at Faith in Strangers, with event doors and live music starting from 8pm.
