Exhibition & Launch party celebrating Men's Health Awareness month

Join the team at POW for a vibrant launch of their latest in the series of exhibitions at Albion House - this time focused on men's mental health, with a party to celebrate and honour Men's Health Awareness Month!
As a gender-equality charity, POW understand the importance of working together to fight for a better, equal world, which includes looking at the effects on men's mental health.
POW have partnered up with Manspace, a local, informal group set up to help the men in Thanet who are facing mental health issues and suicidal thoughts. Offering an alternative to widespread, societal norms they encourage their members to build positive masculine bonds and experience vulnerability of all kinds, believing that true healing stems from dealing with pain and not concealing it.
A selection of excellent male and non binary artists have come together to join POW & Manspace in this mission. Their artworks will be on display at Albion House for 3 months, where sales of the work will be split equally between the artist, POW and Manspace.

Each artist has carefully selected or created a bespoke piece of work made with this topic in mind. These are feminist men and non-binary people that have the same mission of gender equality at the core of their work.

Mingle with other party-goers and enjoy inspiring artworks from talented male and non-binary artists, all contributing to raise awareness and funds for Manspace - a local group dedicated to supporting men facing mental health challenges.
