Join Turner Contemporary for this free Art Working Parents Alliance event in collaboration with Leap Then Look

2pm - 3.30pm

You’ll experience total immersion: sound, smell, touch and taste.

The yoga will be slow and focused on the breath to bring awareness to the body in preparation for the sound bath.

The floor is concrete so you are invited to bring comfort: a mat / blankets / one or two cushions / eye pillow / jumpers & warm things

Let us know if you need to borrow a mat, blanket or bolster.
