Gentle Morning Yoga Flow and Journaling

Sarah is a trauma informed breathwork coach and yoga teacher and welcomes all abilities to join in this nature infused session.
There will be a mix of slow movement including joint mobility, a gently energising flow and breathwork to balance your nervous system.
The session will end with relaxation and time to set intentions for your health with some powerful journal prompts.
