The Creative Coaching Womens Circle hosts and facilitates this workshop focusing on life stage transitions at CloudZen in Margate

9.30am - 11.30am

Life stage transitions or any kind of change can be challenging. Change is required when we want to change our story, realise a new outcome or reach and sustain a goal. Acceptance that change is necessary for progress can seem difficult and feelings of apprehension and fear can arise. These feelings can be detrimental to our physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Creative Resolutions Visionboard Workshops can enable you to become more aware of how you experience change. The processes of creative exploration can empower you to elevate motivation, attitude and mood towards change and start taking steps towards sustainable, manageable, positive change. Whatever your goals or desire in life the Creative Resolutions Visionboard workshops can support and facilitate your journey in a safe and supportive space.

Coaching questions are used to support your journey and at the closing of each workshop everyone is invited to rejoin the circle to share their thoughts if they wish.

All equipment is provided and participants are also invited to bring along any images or quotes they connect with.

At the end of each visionboard workshop participants will have a visionboard to keep and take home with them.

Throughout the year there will be follow up creative coaching cricles where you can bring your visionboard and work through challenges on the journey to achieving your vision.
