Ceremonial cacao is drunk in circles to promote heart healing and to slow down to listen deeply to the wisdom of our body.

Drink cacao and set intentions / Guided breathwork to enter a coherent state / Heart centered meditation / Prayer for the Mother Earth / Silent time for contemplation and listening in nature / Oracle card guidance / Sharing circle (optional)
