Open Meditation Thanet is a free group which meets at 6pm on Wednesday evenings to share in the experience of silent meditation - and sometimes guided relaxation. Everyone is welcome.
Open Meditation is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. If you have a meditation technique that works for you, you can practice it in our group. If you need a little guidance, the introduction at the start of each session will tell you all you need to know to participate fully in the session. You are invited for herbal tea and a group chat at the end.
