This 40 minute walking tour along Margate's seafront into the Old Town, covers the town's history from 900AD, through its history as a holiday getaway, then as a haven for artists, lovers (and the occasional rockstar) in more recent times.... to the spot it is today.
A fun tour whether you are a local or a visitor - It starts at Cinque Points before taking a gentle stroll through the spots along the seafront that feature in these historical tales to end in Margate's old town.
For those that wish to stay on after the tour, there is the option to taste some of the local wines, ales (and cheese!) together.
