Mindful Yoga Sessions
No competitions, no striving/straining, just an opportunity for you to “pause” and come home to the body. Stretch, breathe and relax. Forget all life’s worries, workloads and deadlines for just 75 minutes. Combining physical posture work (asanas) with breathing and relaxation techniques, Angela offers Mindful Yoga classes and 1:1 sessions which complement her Personal Development Coaching work.
The classes are small, friendly and for all adults who have an interest to know more about Yoga/Mindfulness. No flexibility or previous experience is required. All classes are aimed at debunking the myth that Yoga is for the young and flexible. Yoga is the integration of body, mind and breath. It is non-competitive and your reservoirs of hope and optimism can be nourished.
SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga
Exchange your yoga mat for a floating one! No need to have any experience at paddle boarding. Each session is a mix of mindfulness and hatha yoga and is a great way to improve balance, build core strength and aid flexibility. Let go and feel the water ease you into your postures. During your practice there are modifications and variations so you can practice at your own level based on how you feel on the day. The board will move and you will be tethered to a docking station so no worry about floating away.
£25 per person (Adults 18+) with own kit, or an extra £10 if wishing to hire kit from Angela. Places are limited to 7 so booking is required.
