The property is 2 minutes walk to the nearest shop, 15 minutes walk to the centre of Broadstairs and Viking Bay beach, 7 minutes drive to the famous Botany Bay.
Guests are given the space and privacy needed but the manager is always no more than 20 minutes drive from the house.
